    What happens if a rental account gets blocked?

    Flygen replaces or unlocks the account as part of the managed rental service. You don't need to handle restrictions yourself.

    Can I cancel rental anytime?

    Yes. Rental is month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.

    How many accounts can I rent?

    There is no hard limit. Teams commonly rent between 3 and 50+ accounts depending on outreach volume.

    Purchase

    What do I receive when I purchase an account?

    A complete transfer package including account cookies, user-agent string, email access, login credentials, and a setup guide. After transfer, the account is fully yours.

    Is there support after purchase?

    Purchase is a one-time ownership transfer. After handoff, the account is your responsibility. Flygen does not provide replacement or recovery support for purchased accounts.

    Can I switch from rental to purchase?

    Yes. Many teams start with rental to test workflows and then purchase accounts they want to own permanently.

    How is pricing structured?

    Pricing is tiered by warm-up level. Rental starts at $40/month. Purchase starts at $175 one-time. Higher warm-up levels cost more because they require longer preparation.

    Are there volume discounts?

    Yes. Contact the Flygen team for custom pricing on larger volumes.

    Are there hidden fees?

    No. Pricing is transparent. Rental includes the account, proxy, and support. Purchase includes the account and complete transfer package.

    Quality & Transfer

    What does account quality mean?

    Quality refers to warm-up history, connection count, SSI score, profile completeness, and verification status. Higher quality accounts have stronger trust signals and better outreach performance.

    Are accounts bot-created?

    No. Every Flygen account is human-verified using real documents. Bot-created accounts carry significantly higher risk.

    What is the transfer package?

    The transfer package includes cookies, user-agent data, email access, and login credentials — everything needed for a smooth ownership handoff without triggering security alerts.

    How long does delivery take?

    Most accounts are delivered within 24 hours after onboarding. Exact timing depends on warm-up level and availability.
