    1. Services

    Flygen provides LinkedIn account infrastructure services through two models: managed monthly rental and one-time purchase with ownership transfer. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

    2. Account Rental Terms

    • Rental is provided on a month-to-month basis
    • Accounts remain the property of Flygen during the rental period
    • Flygen provides replacement or recovery support for restricted rental accounts
    • You agree to follow the usage guidelines provided with each account
    • Misuse or violation of usage guidelines may result in service termination

    3. Account Purchase Terms

    • Purchase is a one-time ownership transfer
    • After transfer, the account becomes your full responsibility
    • Flygen does not provide replacement, recovery, or ongoing support for purchased accounts
    • The transfer package includes cookies, user-agent data, email access, and credentials
    • You are responsible for verifying the transfer package upon receipt

    4. Payment

    Payment is required before account delivery. Pricing is as listed on the pricing page or as agreed in custom arrangements. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use accounts in compliance with applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of service. Flygen provides accounts for professional outreach, sourcing, and prospecting purposes. We are not responsible for how you use the accounts after delivery or transfer.

    6. Refund Policy

    Rental: If an account is restricted and cannot be replaced, you may be eligible for a prorated credit. Purchase: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your transfer package.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Flygen provides account infrastructure services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outreach results, or immunity from LinkedIn restrictions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate a rental arrangement at any time. Flygen reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated. Purchase transfers are final and non-reversible.

    9. Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
